Join our own chef Chris Vergara alongside distillery founder Annabel Thomas and Jeff Wooddy of Rochambeau Wines for a delicious family-style culinary adventure as we explore the organic, completely from scratch scotches from Nc'Nean Distillery.

In 2014, Annabel Thomas left her job in The City of London and set out to the remote West Highlands of Scotland to build a distillery and launch a brand new single-malt Scotch. To say that she has been successful in her pursuit to create something new and unexpected in such an established market does poor justice to her efforts and to the team who she has assembled to help build and explore Nc'Nean.

On September 25th, you will have the opportunity to meet Annabel as we host her in the Wine Attic at Saint George Bistro. The format will be different from other dinners in the past. You'll taste and have dinner while Jeff interviews Annabel. Her story is too worthwhile to be told in 4 four minute intervals between courses.

What could be better? An Autumn evening, a beautiful space, cleverly executed food, and an amazing lady with a good story to tell. Isn't that the perfect context for a wee dram? ...or two!
