Wooddy and Bloomy are back! Join us for a guided wine and cheese tasting inspired by the flavors of the mountains, accompanied by a four-course dinner from Saint George Bistro created just for us.
We’ll spend the evening in Saint George Bistro’s vibey wine attic. We’ll dig into topics covering how altitude and cold-season harvests influence the flavors and availability of wines and cheeses from the US and Europe. Our theme will inspire a bespoke menu from Chef Chris Vergara at Saint George Bistro, with a course to accompany each wine and cheese pairing.
